    All sales are final. As every piece is diligently crafted and handmade, we stand by the brilliance, shine, and quality. Please contact us if any issues occurred during shipping or you have any questions about how to care for or style your piece.

    For ready to ship orders, please allow 2–4 business days for processing time and 2–4 business days for domestic shipping. For custom orders, lease allow 2–4 weeks for production and an additional 2–4 business days for domestic shipping. You'll receive notifications throughout the process.

    All orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

  • Lab Diamonds

    Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds produced in a laboratory, featuring the exact same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds which are pure carbon, 10 on the Mohs scale. They are created in weeks rather than billions of years while offering identical brilliance, fire, and sparkle.

    As they are not mined, lab diamonds, we believe to be ethnical, sustainable and conflict free.

    Moissanite is a popular, high-quality, and ethical lab-created gemstone often used as a durable alternative to diamonds. Composed of silicon carbide, it is known for its extreme brilliance and "fiery" rainbow-colored flashes. With a 9.25 Mohs hardness rating, it is ideal for daily wear, second only to diamond.

  • 14K Gold & 925 Sterling Silver

    14k gold is a durable, popular metal for everyday jewelry consisting of 58.3% pure gold and 41.7% alloyed metals (like copper, silver, or zinc). It offers a balanced, bright yellow, white, or rose color that is more scratch-resistant than 18k or 24k gold.

    925 sterling silver is a high-quality alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper) to add strength and durability for daily wear. It is the standard for quality jewelry, commonly stamped with ".925" or "925" to confirm authenticity and prevent bending or damage.

Sterling Silver, Moissanite, Yellow Gold, White Gold and Lab Diamonds are all hypoallergenic, safe to wear in the shower and everyday. That said, taking care of your precious pieces will contribute to their continued brilliance over time. Remove jewelry before swimming, cleaning, or showering. Apply lotions and perfumes before putting on jewelry, as chemicals accelerate tarnish. Please store in our complimentary B Story jewelry box when not worn.

Sterling Silver Tip: Wearing silver regularly helps prevent tarnish because natural oils in the skin keep it bright. Store in a cool, dry, dark place, such as a lined jewelry box or a small, airtight, tarnish-resistant zip-lock bag.
